A small electromagnetic solenoid that can poke an object with a force of about 0.1 N (10 g, 0.3 oz). Requires a GlobalAdapter-1201 and a SwitchPower or the Drive-FR120N to switch power to the actuator.
Application examples
- Place a ball in front of the Poke-001 such that it's just not rolling away .. until somebody passes a ReachFar beam which signal is used to momentarily switch on the Poke-001 so that the ball starts rolling.
