I'm not sure, but I think I saw you guys at SIGGRAPH in Boston last summer. Does that seem likely? Were you there?
I am wondering, if you were there, if you had a chance to see VoodooIO?

It seems to me now that your stuff and their stuff might go well together. They make a flexible mat you can plug sensors into. If that were hooked up to a microDig, it could be fabulous.
Didn't I meet some of you folks at SIGGRAPH 2006?

Yes, we were at SIGGraph in Boston.
See http://infusionsystems.com/catalog/info ... pages_id/3 where we have been in past few years. In 2007 we intend to exhibit at NIME in New York, see http://itp.nyu.edu/nime/2007/index.php, and AAM in Chicago, see http://www.aam-us.org/am07/, and perhaps attend other events, such as CyberArts in Boston, see http://bostoncyberarts.org/. Check our web news page from time to time.
As for VoodooIO, I have seen it a couple of times. As far as I know, their sensors can't be interfaced with our microDig however since each of their sensors uses a digital ID to be able to transmit their data across a shared two-conductor bus (the sheet).

I understand the 2 systems wouldn't necessarily work with each other *today*, but I wished to suggest that you talk with each other, because the flexibility of your systems, combined with their method of making re-configurable control layouts plugged into their special surface, could lead to something that helps you both. Their demo certainly seemed like something that might interest the kind of person who would buy an i-CubeX, and vice-versa.
