Can't run I-cubex Editor.

Hello,

I received my beginner's pack today. But after I installed the I-cubex editor and Java (including updates).
It comes out nothing after the I-Cubex welcome picture.
And it doesn't help to uninstall and reinstall the editor v. 3.1, it comes out nothing too.
I use windows-xp sp2 with 2GB ram.
Please tell me how to solve this problem, thank you.
