I am trying to do a interactive video exhibition. Basically I will be using Macs to show documentory movies. The computer plays a movie when it sense there is a person stant infront of it.

The software I will be using is quick time player or Imovie.

Can I use IcubeX to control the multiplayer from my computer say for example when it sense a person starnding certain distance it will play a movie, then when it sense another person standing closer it will play a nother movie? how so I do that ? Is there any turtorial ???

One way would be to use a FarReach sensor, and then program the video program so that it plays different movies for different incoming MIDI messages. This would require the video player have some level of programmability, and able to receive MIDI messages. You could use Jitter, or Director with a MIDI extension for instance.
