I am using the icubex system (number 41-40-10-xxxx) with a midi hubble and a computer. It worked well, but now somebody must have disconnected some sensores during the icubeX was active or something when I wasn't there and I can't get a connection again. I am getting error messages "Unable to properly connect to Digitizer" or "Failed to establish communication with digitizer"! The green LED is flashing all the time or green all of the time ...
Did you get an answer for this? I think I might be having the same problem -- tech support at I-CubeX is looking into it but haven't been able to solve it yet
