I am trying use the ppj virtual joystick but when I try install the version 3.11 on Windows XP i receive the message tha I need the widcomm driver 1.4.2.10 or above.
I entrer on widcomm website and download the latest driver (5.xxx) and install but I receive the same message.
I found the widcomm driver 1.4.2.10 on internet but the driver ask me abou a registration to use my USB Bluetooth (belkin) and I receive the message again when I try to install the editor.
Do aAnyone have more luck or other ideas to use the virtual joystick?

When I select output to ppjoy on editor anything happens.
I do not know if the reason to this is the error message on instalation of editor.

It is working!!!
Now it working.
Some important tips:
1) The ppj joy must be the controler 01
2) The editor must still running to use ppj
3) Ignore the error message in editor's instalation
4) If you create a contoler02, the editor will show the correct name but will not work.
A good improvement could be a program like bluemidi to use the ppj without the editor.
I will do some more tests.
