Hi,

I'm trying to compile the test app and I'm finding that

#include "..\..\ICubeXLib\ICubeXLibExport.h"

line 10 in TestAppWLibDlg.cpp, can't find the file. I don't see that file anywhere in the .zip.

Is there something I've failed to load ahead of time?
