Wi-microDig-601 QuickStart
The handling of Bluetooth pairing on MacOS is different from Windows. On recent MacOS versions it is not necessary to provide a PIN to connect with a Wi-microDig, and this makes the connection process faster and more reliable. On Windows a PIN is not necessary when setting up the device but must always be provided when reconnecting with the device. To match this difference, firmware v6.40 is made available as version 6.400 for MacOS uploadable via our Connect for MacOS software and a version for Windows as version 6.401 uploadable via our FirmwareX for Windows software.
