Detects rapid light changes or light flashes. Check the Flash v1.0 sensor to measure the illuminance level in a similar field of view. Check the Light sensor for a wider field of view and larger illuminance detection range. See this videoclip for a demo of the Flash v1 applied together with the SeeLaser-Red !

Application examples

  1. Use with SeeLaser-Red (red beam), SeeLaser-IR (invisible beam) or SeeIR (invisible beam, but for a distance less than 1 m) to create a break-beam that triggers when you cross it. Laserharp anyone ? Create a virtual cage for dancers. Or detect intruder, visitor, dog, cat, mouse .... movements.
  2. Combine with a TapTiled floor, some MoveOn and/or ReachClose sensors and make sure every move of your visitor has an effect.

Software support

  1. Our EditorX software allows you to configure the digitizer to process and map the sensor data of multiple sensors simultaneously.
  2. Our Link software allows you to receive the sensor data from the digitizer and use your computer to view, calibrate, record, process and map the sensor data of multiple sensors simultaneously.
  3. Our SensorX software allows you to receive the sensor data from the digitizer and use your computer to view, calibrate, record, process and map the data of a single sensor.

Application notes When using the sensor for detection of point light sources and proximity detection, remember that ambient light needs to be regulated so as not to interfere with the desired operation.
