LOW POWER (111, 6Fh)

This command sets the WiDig to dim the LEDs. Upon completion of the command the WiDig sends out the LOW POWER message.

The [BODY] of the LOW POWER command is:

0xxxxxxx:	xxxxxxx = 0; turn LEDs on
	xxxxxxx = 32; dim LEDs
