New cables, and the wearability of it all
Get more out your I-CubeX setup with these new cables: ExtendCable-1 (for most analog single output sensors), ExtendCable2D-1 (for digital I2C sensors), ExtendCable3D-1 (for eg. GForce3D-6 sensors), AuxCable (to connect an actuator to a USB-microDig when the input/output slot is used for a sensor) and Wi-USB-BatteryCable (to connect a USB-microBattery to a Wi-microDig).

And since last year we've got the USB-microMIDICable which allows you to send MIDI messages from a USB-microDig v7.1 that's programmed in standalone mode directly to MIDI gear. Power it with a USB-microGlobalAdapter, a USB-microBattery or simply a USB port on your computer.

Finally, we added Wearability, a convenient way to mount sensors and interfaces on your body.

MuscleTrainer and more software updates
Checkout our new MuscleTrainer software (for MacOS and Windows) for injury rehab and training using the BioVolt or BioFlex sensors.

There's a new version of the digitizer Max plugin, with many new features. The most notable feature being the ability to use multiple digitizer plugin instantiations with one physical digitizer (USB-microDig or Wi-microDig) so that multiple of our sensor-specific software applications can be used with one physical digitizer. Consequently, software for the BioBeat, BioEmo, BioFlex, BioVolt, BioWave, GForce3D-6, MoveAlong, MoveAround, Orient3D, ReachClose, ReachFar and TouchGlove were all updated and software for a new sensor, the Magnetic3D, was added.

We've released a new version of Connect for MacOS to represent multiple USB-microDigs and Wi-microDigs as virtual MIDI ports on your computer. In addition to receiving sensor data through virtual serial (COM) ports for which no separate software is needed, Connect allows you to easily get sensor data into any software program that can access MIDI ports. Use it with the updated Editor v3.35 for MacOS.

Recently we also released Editor v3.50, now with support for Windows 8 and more choice of virtual MIDI port drivers, and BlueMIDI v1.60. Just like Connect on MacOS, BlueMIDI on Windows can represent both USB-microDigs and Wi-microDigs on your computer as virtual MIDI ports.

Keep checking back here - more new software releases are coming soon !

About $$
Over the last year we have reviewed our sourcing and pricing methods. It's been quite the overhaul ! The net result is that we were able to lower prices on most products. We hope you find the new prices competitive.

As for shipping: TNT usually has the best rates and is usually as fast as UPS, but we can't show all their rates automatically on our website yet. So, please ask us about it if there's no rate visible. In that case you can also select the TNT shipping option and save your cart as a quote. We'll then update your quote with the TNT shipping rate.
