Develop new enabling controls for people with functional limitations, using I-CubeX sensors ! They can capture a variety of events and signals - see the list below.
Examples
Use muscle tension, eye movement or facial muscle signals from a BioVolt sensor as an enabling control.
With the BalanceTile, use your balance to navigate a QuickTime VR movie.

How does it work ?
Sensors are connected to a computer, using one of the following thumb-sized interfaces:
WiDig: 8 analog (10-bit) / digital (I2C) inputs at > 5 KS/s and 8 digital (binary or I2C) outputs (for actuators), via USB, BLE or WiFi.
USB-microDig: 8 analog (10-bit) / digital (I2C) inputs at > 5 KS/s and 8 digital (binary or I2C) outputs (for actuators), via USB.
Wi-microDig: 8 analog (10-bit) / digital (I2C) inputs at > 1 KS/s via "Classic" Bluetooth wireless with 100 meter range.
With I-CubeX software you can now configure the sensor interface to process the sensor signals and events, and map them to a variety of MIDI messages as control information for sound and/or visual effects equipment. To make your data appear as keyboard strokes, map your I-CubeX data using our Keys software. There is a wealth of software and devices that you can use in conjunction with I-CubeX to map the data to audiovisual effects.
