Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with us using our online store at ICubeX.com is easy. Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart.

If you sign in with a personal account, you will be given a 'Members Cart'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.

If a member adds products to their 'Visitors Cart' and decides to log in to the online shop to use their 'Members Cart', the contents of their 'Visitors Cart' will merge with their 'Members Cart' contents automatically.

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You can also browse lists by clicking the Products button or use the All Products page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

If you don't find what you're looking for, you can use the Advanced Search function that lets you search for keywords within product descriptions and the possibility to use certain search criteria like categories or prices.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from I-CubeX.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "My Cart" link at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "remove" box next to the title. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart when you press the "Update" button.. When you're ready to place an order, click the "Calculate Shipping" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

The instructions below outline each step of our online order form.

Signing In

Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Sign in" button. Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders. Once you have created an account, you can use it to retrieve your order history, product notification settings, and more.

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order by choosing an address in your personal address book or by adding a new one.

Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method.

We will estimate shipment dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many items may take longer to prepare.

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Getting a Quote

If you'd like to save a quote of the items including shipping cost you're considering purchasing, please select Show Quote at the bottom of the page instead of Checkout. Please make sure to checkout the quote (retrieve it in the My Quotes section in your account) before its expiry date.

Select a Method of Payment

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept credit cards, a check or money order, wire transfer, or cash on delivery. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Your credit card will not be charged when you confirm your order but only once we have verified stock availability.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Confirm Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
